Cancellation by you
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. This means unused, unworn, not washed, in its original condition and packaging, tags not removed.
To cancel your contract you must notify us by email, post or phone using the following contact details:

Returns should be made within within 14 days of receipt.
If the goods have already been dispatched to you at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you can return the products to us in accordance with this returns policy.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting, as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach us. Please note that we do not refund original P&P cost and that you are responsible for the return postage.
We will refund the full price you paid for the product, or exchange the product if you requested an exchange, once it is received by us. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
The refund will be processed once we have received your goods. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund from FabOrganics. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- the product you ordered is sold out.
- one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional compensation for disappointment or other loss suffered.
